Return Policy

We will only offer full refunds or exchanges for defective items. Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order - we will be happy to find a solution!

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of the sale and the return must be postmarked within 45 days of the receipt of the shipment. All items must be clearly unused or we will not accept the return.There is a 15% restocking fee on an order simply sent back to us that's not defective.

For returns, the value of the goods will be refunded once we receive the shipment. Shipping is not refundable and will not be included in the refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and shipping for the replacement product.
