Shipping Information

We offer free shipping in the United States on orders over $36, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $100

No extra charge for Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories!

Please enter your phone number if you are ordering internationally, or we may have to hold your order until we obtain the information. This is required for shipping.

Shipping Methods

All orders with FREE shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-6 days). USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days) is available as an upgrade. 

All other orders in the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class (3-6 days) or Priority Mail (2-5 days). USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) shipping is available as an upgrade. Delivery confirmation is included for all US orders. 

Tracking number will be provided or will be available upon request. 

Please make sure your address is correct. If you provide us with an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address and your package is returned to us, you must pay shipping again before we re-send it.

If the USPS makes an error in delivery and returns a package with a valid address, we will re-ship the item at our expense one time. If the package is returned again, the customer must pay for further shipping costs.

We will include signature confirmation for large orders free of charge.

If a package is refused, you will receive a refund for the returned merchandise.

International Orders

International Mail cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. Sometimes, we have seen long delays in delivery to some countries - please, be patient.

USPS Priority International will be used for International orders. Express shipping is available as an upgrade. As all customs, import duties, and taxes are charged once the package reaches the destination country - we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as the policies vary widely from country to country. These charges must be paid by the package recipient.

We are not responsible for any customs, VAT, or other charges you may incur as an international customer

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions, so you will not be surprised by any charges you weren't expecting.
